Delivery

We ship within the UK and Internationally.

UK Orders:
Small goods under £20 are sent Royal Mail 1st Class at £2.50

Medium sized goods over £20 are sent Royal Mail 1st Class signed for at £5.50.  If your order consists of both small and medium, the higher price item (over £20) will be sent with Royal Mail 1st Class signed for service.

Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 days of receiving your order.  Please allow 7-10 days for UK deliveries.

For all commissions, dye service or made to order products expect a processing time of 4-6 weeks.

International deliveries (EU and USA) are sent via Parcel Force.

USA £20
Everywhere else £10.50

Please allow up to 10-14 days within the EU and outside.

If you require a faster delivery, then please get in contact with us before placing your order.  We will then get a quote sent to you.

Custom fees, duty and import charges may apply to overseas destinations.  We are not responsible for these additional charges and you will be charged accordingly.

 

Returns

We hope you love our products, but if for any reason you are unhappy please contact us right away.  You may return your order within 28 days and once received we will refund you.

Orders must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The cost of returning goods is your responsibility, we recommend you choose a Delivery service that insures the cost of goods. Delivery charges are only refundable if the products are faulty.

We are able to do an exchange on certain items if you prefer this.
